Pretty but would have preferred if a pair was the same color

"I bought these mostly because I wanted blue Experiences and ended up having to buy two sets of the "Loud Enough" colorway since I wanted a complete pair of blue earplugs, which was a bit annoying. I would've preferred if each pair of the Pleasing earplugs had the same color, not a different color for each earplug. I also bought the "Love Enough" colorway but didn't like those colors, so I didn't keep them. Actually, most of the Pleasing colors looked very different in real life compared to the photos, so colorwise they weren't quite what I had hoped for, but at least the blue ones were pretty enough for me to wanna keep them (although they were slightly darker than I would ideally have liked). Regarding function, they seem to do what they're supposed to do and fit me well, so I don't have any complaints there."

"I usually can’t wear earplugs because they tend to be too big for my ears, but these ones fit perfectly! They are comfortable, beautiful, invisible from a front view and really do attenuate the sound while maintaining the quality of it. "I’m very delighted with my gorgeous Loops the colours are beautiful and it works so well. I bought to use in a festival but before this I wanted to try to see if I would adapt to them. How do I insert my Loop earplugs?

Take the ring of the earplug between your thumb and index finger, and put it in your ear. Once sealed in the ear canal, turn and adjust so your earplugs aren't visible from the front.

What certification does Loop Exeprience 2 have? 

All Loop products have a Declaration of Conformity and comply with relevant PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) legislation to guarantee their safety and quality. They've been thoroughly tested by various authorities and are officially certified as hearing protection.  

Our products meet the following standards: EU Certification Standard EN 352-2:2020; US Certification Standard ANSI S3.19-1974 (ASA STD 1-1975). 

They also have both the US and EU Declarations of Conformity. 

What do Loop’s decibel ratings actually mean?

The dB (or decibel) rating tells you how much quieter things get when you wear them. The higher the number, the more sound is reduced.


Experience reduces up to 17 dBs, tuned specifically for concerts, live music, and loud events where your hearing needs real protection.

Compare that with Engage, which reduces up to 16 dBs. The numbers are close, but the difference matters in loud environments. Engage’s built for conversations and social settings. Experience's filter is designed for music – it keeps instruments clear and balanced in loud rooms, so you hear what's happening on-stage, just at a safer level.

Higher dB isn't "better", it's about matching the protection to where you are. For concerts, gigs, and any loud environment where sound quality matters, Experience's 17 dB rating is just right.

Dream and Quiet are designed to block as much sound as possible. Experience and Engage are designed to let a quieter version of sound through – so music still sounds like music and voices stay clear. Their lower ratings are the point.

The rating is measured in a lab, with a perfect fit. In real life, how much reduction you get depends on wearing them correctly: the right ear tip size, inserted properly.
