Yes. The strap adjusts from 40–56 cm, fitting ages 1-4 The FitGuide helps indicate correct strap tension. When it lies flat, you're there. No need to go tighter than that.
Are they OK to sleep in?
We don't recommend it. While Loop Cocoon™ baby earmuffs have been extensively tested and certified to the applicable EU and US standards, they are designed for supervised use only, and not for sleep. When they're not being worn, store them out of reach.

It happens. Everyone has their diva moments. Here's what works:
- Start with short sessions at home. No noise, no pressure. Just getting used to the feeling.
- Kids learn by copying you. So keep the strap open and wear them yourself first. Let them watch. No one becomes a superstar without a little inspiration and a few rehearsals.
- If they're sensitive to anything on their head, start with a hat and work up.
The materials are ultra-soft and the strap sits at an angle to stay comfortable. Most little grumps come around after a few tries.
