Warranty Coverage

We stand by the quality of our Loop-branded products and accessories (including but not limited to earplugs, carry cases, mute, carry cords) (“Loop Product”) and all other products that are sold by Loop (“Complementary Product”). If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during normal use within two (2) years from the original retail delivery date ("Warranty Period"), we'll take care of it. Our guidelines for normal use are detailed in our technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

Exclusions from Warranty

Damage resulting from failure to follow our usage instructions isn't covered. Specifically, the warranty does not apply to the following exclusions (“Warranty Exclusions”):

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless due to defects.
  • Damage from using third-party components not meeting Loop specifications.
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes.
  • Damage from operating outside our published guidelines.
  • Products modified without Loop's written permission.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the Loop Product and Complementary Product

Lifetime Warranty

For those who opted into it, our Lifetime Warranty extends coverage for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the product's lifetime to the original owner, beyond the standard 2-year warranty. This applies only to Loop Products. If your Loop Product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, except for Warranty Exclusions.
