"Small foam ear tips are ok, but still not small enough, so I'm having to use one extra small silicon one that came with the loops and one foam tip. If I use foam in both ears it's really uncomfortable, but the extra small one isn't a great fit either as my lug hole is crooked, so it feels uncomfortable because of the bend in my ear hole"
