Duties & taxes
For deliveries outside of the EU, Loop Earplugs does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods.
Shipping
Loop ships worldwide and offers fast shipping methods at great rates or even for free to most customers. More details below per region:
Loop offers 2 shipping methods in most countries:
- Standard shipping (through postal network, Royal Mail, PostNL and DPD)
- Fastest shipping (through Asendia, DHL Express, PostNL, Bpost, DPD and Royal Mail)
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over EUR 39.
If you select our standard option, you can expect delivery in most countries between 1 and 2 weeks, but you must understand that we cannot guarantee transit times as the postal network might vary heavily from 1 country to the other.
If you like to receive your Loops within a guaranteed time frame, please opt for the faster option. During checkout, you’ll see the available options based on your delivery address.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Depending on your location, we offer different options. Transit times are expressed in business days.
Please note
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- UK orders are fulfilled from the UK warehouse. Orders placed after 12:00pm UK time will begin processing on the following business day.
- All orders (except US, CA, AUS) are fulfilled from the Belgian warehouse. Orders placed after 12:00pm BE time will begin processing on the following business day.

Redirecting or cancelling an order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once the order is dispatched - which we try to do as fast as humanly possible - we can't guarantee to make any changes to your order. Please contact us with your order number and we’ll help you in the best way possible.
If you’re getting cold feet, hang on until you can give your Loop's a try – we're pretty sure you’ll love them, but in case you don’t, you can always return them.
