I find that loops have made outside noise easier for my brain to manage. Don't go in expecting complete noise cancelation, think of them as turning the volume down a bit and making the "bite" of noise less painful/irritating. Highly recommend if you're neurodivergent and struggle with noise sensitivity issues."
