"So far, I've used the loops for motorcycling and in noisy environments. There's a noticeable difference; ambient noise is filtered out very well. I can still understand speech perfectly. When I'm feeling overwhelmed, it helps me a lot to focus on myself and find some peace. 10/10 would recommend. I'm also a big fan of the included storage box.
