Serious ambition welcome! At Loop you'll be responsible for our worldwide online and marketplace sales. You'll develop an e-commerce strategy, identify new online channels, drive relevant traffic, manage ad campaigns, increase conversion rate and order value and ultimately become the #1 online brand of fashionable hearing protection.

Your responsibilities

  • Increase website traffic via advertising, social media, influencers, PR, etc.
  • Improve the ROAS on FB, IG, Google, etc.
  • Grow sales on Amazon, Bol.com and new marketplaces.
  • Increase the conversion rate by analyzing data, improving the website and A/B testing
  • Manage Loop's social media and content strategy. Grow our followers and interaction
  • Manage Loop's branding, marketing, image online
  • Grow organic sales via SEO
  • Increase the customer lifetime value
  • Tools you'll be using: Shopify, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amazon, Facebook/Instagram ads, Google ads

Do you want to take on the challenge and introduce Loop to stores worldwide? Want to prevent hearing loss by giving people a better choice than ugly foam earplugs? Do you know retail in and out?

At Loop, you'll be responsible for our global retail sales. You will analyze our customer, choose the right retailers, improve in-store presentation, increase sell through and execute marketing programs. You'll partner with distributors and sales reps worldwide to scale rapidly. Setting budgets and meeting quarterly targets will be your responsibility.

You're a natural born sales and can create leads via LinkedIn, email, calls or events but you're equally at home in setting up an inbound lead program. You'll introduce Loop in a wide range of channels: consumers electronics, lifestyle, pharmacy, audiology, festivals, racing, travel and more. You'll create new partnerships with brands, events and designers. Besides lead generation, you'll also do the account management of our current distribution, retail and sales reps.

Loop already has a retail presence in several countries and exciting stores. It's your job to take it to the next level and make Loop the best known brand in hearing protection.
