Serious ambition welcome! At Loop you'll be responsible for our worldwide online and marektplace sales . You'll develop an e-commerce strategy, identify new online channels, drive relevant traffic, manage ad campaigns, increase conversion rate and order value and ultimately become the #1 online brand of fashionable hearing protection.

Your responsibilities

  • Increase website traffic via advertising, social media, influencers, PR, etc.
  • Improve the ROAS on FB, IG, Google, etc.
  • Grow sales on Amazon, Bol.com and new marketplaces.
  • Increase the conversion rate by analyzing data, improving the website and A/B testing
  • Manage Loop's social media and content strategy. Grow our followers and interaction
  • Manage Loop's branding, marketing, image online
  • Grow organic sales via SEO
  • Increase the customer lifetime value
  • Tools you'll be using: Shopify, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amazon, Facebook/Instagram ads, Google ads

Join us

Do you love making customers smile? Are you an excellent problem solver? Do you like working in retail and wholesale? At Loop, you'll be responsible for account management, customer support and sales operations. You will manage the onboarding, invoicing, shipping and questions from global retailers. You'll also delight our B2C customers by answering their questions via email, chat and social media. Your goal is to make sure Loop is loved by customers through your awesome support.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for all online customers
  • Provide outstanding support and delight customers
  • Answer product, shipping and return questions
  • Monitor social media, reply to feedback and interact with customers
  • Help global retailers like Mediamarkt & Urban Outfitters with onboarding, information, questions, etc.
  • Work with retail/distribution to grow sales of Loop in store.
  • Follow up purchase orders, shipments, invoices and payments from retail
  • Evaluate your support time and suggest improvements to be more efficient or provide a better experience (setting up FAQ, using new software, etc.)
  • Help the Loop team to support our growth
