I researched different brands and found loop to be always praised so decided to make the investment and they really did help in situations where I felt like I was gong to be around loud music all day. Also used them for sleeping which they worked very well in reducing the noise of a funfair near my campsite."

However it still makes a solid difference for me when I'm sitting in a coffee shop with a lot of chatter, construction outside, at a loud pub, or loud irritating noises at home or outside when im particularly anxious.
