"I love the comfort of the foam tips much better and they feel secure in my ears. I originally bought medium but when they got here I realized they were too big. I started a return to order small and loop responded immediately and shipped out a size small at no cost to me and told me don’t worry about sending the mediums back. "I absolutely love the foam tips and mutes for sleeping! They’re so comfy, considering they’re already comfortable with the silicone tips. I have a second pair, Engage, that I use with silicone tips and a mute in my left ear. I use those at work and by muting my uncovered ear while keeping an open channel in my headset ear, it’s excellent for getting the “stray noise” down to levels that I can tune it out and hear my calls exponentially better!"
