The Loop Dream Double Tips are easy to clean and the size I chose are comfortable in my ear. The great thing about the tips is that they do not fall out when I sleep and start sweating. I'm a side sleeper, and I don't even notice that they're in! Of course, they don't block out 100% of the noise, but wearing them takes the edge off of loud noises like outside construction, loud neighbors, making it easier to get and stay asleep.
