Our founder's story

In 2016, two friends who shared a love of attending festivals, concerts and clubs, but were frustrated by the constant ringing in their ears dampening their experiences, decided it was time for a change. Fueled by determination, Maarten and Dimitri turned frustration into innovation, setting out to revolutionize the way the world experience sound. Thus, Loop Earplugs was born.

We’re on a journey of endless growth and innovation

At Loop, growth is in our DNA. In 2023, 152 Loopers joined our mission, which means we are now with over 250 team members. This year, our goal is to double that team, embracing diverse perspectives and unlocking fresh ideas along the way. We're not only growing in people but also pushing boundaries through tech and experimenting with new products. Through trial and error, we evolve as a team and business, with some ideas leading to breakthroughs and others requiring further exploration.
