"I was going away to a festival and kept seeing recommendations from people about bringing earplugs. I researched different brands and found loop to be always praised so decided to make the investment and they really did help in situations where I felt like I was gong to be around loud music all day. Also used them for sleeping which they worked very well in reducing the noise of a funfair near my campsite."

"Been using loops for a while, this is my second pair of switch too. These are my go to every day carry loops, helping me focus at the office, bare commute and city noises, and even events with loud music and crowds. I'm very sensitive to noise, and these are genuinly a game changer ! They are very comfortable (I don't feel or notice them, can wear all day) and also people at most think they are headphones, so they don't stand out weirdly (which I really like). IMO they also look stylish, both these tomorrowland ones and the other emerald green pair I've had (but lost unfortunately)."

I guess my only complaint is that I wish that they would deafen the entire room completely, but I know that's not possible. They do an excellent job of bringing the noise down to a tolerable level. "Love it ! At first I had a some trouble finding the right plug size, but after taking my time trying them all I could find it ! The switch is really easy to use and you can really hear the differences between the three. Tried them on public transport, bar with friends and music, loud streets. The engage mode is amazing to be able to chat with friends without being polluted by everyone else's conversations or the ambiant music (as an autistic person, that drastically changes my times out ! Loop Switch isn’t designed for sleeping. They’re bulkier than other models, so they may not be the most comfortable for sleeping.

The dB (or decibel) rating tells you how much quieter things get when you wear them. The higher the number, the more sound is reduced.
Switch doesn't have one fixed dB rating – it has three.
Engage Mode runs at 20 dBs reduction: for conversations, social situations, and anywhere you want to take the edge off without losing the room.
Experience Mode runs at 23 dBs reduction: for concerts, events, and louder settings where you want protection without losing the energy of what you're hearing.
Quiet Mode runs at 26 dBs reduction: maximum reduction for commutes, studying, or any moment you need proper quiet.
The rating doesn't change the earplug, just the dial. Switch lets you match your protection to what you're doing right now, without carrying a different pair for every situation.

Dream and Quiet are designed to block as much sound as possible. Experience and Engage are designed to let a quieter version of sound through – so music still sounds like music and voices stay clear. Their lower ratings are the point.
The rating is measured in a lab, with a perfect fit. In real life, how much reduction you get depends on wearing them correctly: the right ear tip size, inserted properly.
