They're great to protect my hearing in loud environments, including live music and festivals. They have a gorgeous design with that bright electric blue Consciencia theme, and the gold circle. "These are really great for gigs and protecting your hearing. My hearing got a bit damaged when I was young playing in a wind band and sitting in front of trumpets weekly so I’ve learned as I got older I need to protect my hearing more and these do the job well at gigs. Both of those models serve their purpose, but for some situations I felt like I wanted the simplicity and comfort of Loop Engage with slightly more muting. "I really liked how they didn't compromise the music quality. In quieter surroundings you can still talk with them in just fine, but once you wear them with loud music around (the intended use) you cannot understand a thing anyone says and I noticed I talked way quieter with them in, so nobody could understand me either.
