"I was skeptical but hopeful when I bought loops. However, they suit my needs perfectly. I teach second grade. My ears pop when I speak and it is not easy to talk with my ear popping. "I contacted the customer service because the case broke, and they sent me a new one, but they also sent new earplugs with it. I mostly needed a new case but I am happy to have two pairs of loops to keep in different bags :) It was nice of them!"
