Loop - Promotional Terms & Conditions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Gifting 2025)

1. General 

By participating in Loop’s special promotions and temporary discount offers (“Offers”), you agree to be bound by these specific promotional Terms and Conditions, which are supplemented by Loop’s Terms of Service  and  Privacy Policy, which can be found on www.loopearplugs.com. 

2. Eligibility 

Offers are valid for orders placed on https://www.loopearplugs.com/ and official marketplaces, where indicated. 

Offers are applicable to customers who meet the eligibility criteria as determined by Loop. These criteria may include, but are not limited to, minimum purchase amount, specific product categories, or membership status (e.g. Loop CRM subscribers). 

Offers apply only to personal purchases. Resellers and distributors are excluded.

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other voucher code, gift card or any other offer, unless stated otherwise.  
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.  
• The Loop x Swarovski collection is excluded.  

6. Use & Validity 

• Each offer is valid only during its stated time period and while stocks last.  
• Only one discount (automatic or code-based) can be used per order.  
• Loop reserves the right to reject or cancel any order where an Offer has been applied incorrectly, misused, or shared publicly.  
• Loop may modify, suspend, or withdraw any Offer, in full or in part, at any time without prior notice.  

7. Returns & Refunds 

• Refunds are based on the item’s value at the time of transaction, including any applied discount.  
• If part of a discounted multi-item order is returned, the refunded monetary value will be recalculated based on the effective per-item discount applied at the time of purchase. 
• The Offer will not be applicable to replacement items. If the Offer is still valid at the time of making a return, a new order should be placed.

8. Shipping & Delivery 

To receive delivery by 25 December 2025, orders must be placed before the applicable cut-off date below. 

Delivery times may vary by carrier and location. Loop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or events beyond its control.
