Here's how our community reminds us why we do what we do.
We spend a lot of time thinking about sound. How we experience it and how having a little more control over it can make a difference. But now and then, something arrives at our office that reminds us what it's really all about. Handwritten letters, graduation announcements, wedding invitations, or even a beautifully illustrated storybook from Japan. All from people who wanted to tell us what Loop means to them.
These are just a few of the real stories our community has shared with us. Here are some of our favorites (so far!).
Together Until Graduation Day!
One student wrote to tell us how Loop had become part of their school routine.
"Before I had Loop, I couldn't concentrate because my class was very noisy. But now that I have Loop, I couldn't be more happier!"
Another graduating student told us that their Loops had accompanied them through overwhelming situations, from everyday school life to AP exams. And one future college student shared how much they loved using Loop Experience 2 and Switch 2 when the world got a little too loud.
Their letters were about reaching a milestone, feeling proud of their progress, and wanting to bring Loop along for whatever comes next. To everyone heading into a new school year, graduating or figuring out their next chapter: we're cheering you on!
A love story (and a wedding invitation)
A couple wrote to tell us that Loop had become part of their everyday routine, joining them at concerts, movie theaters, and on flights. They'd even introduced their family and friends to Loop along the way.
And then came the invitation.
"Please consider this your official invitation to our wedding! You've been part of so many of our favorite moments together that it only felt right to make you honorary guests."
Another couple shared a story about buying matching Loop Earplugs before a year filled with concerts and festivals. Their earplugs had been there for the music, the memories and even a particularly enthusiastic headbanging incident involving a lost earplug. Now, they're getting married.
We're definitely honored to be part of the guest list.
The festival memories worth keeping
There's something special about live music. The crowd, the anticipation, that moment when your favorite song starts, and everyone around you sings along... We also love this! And judging by the letters we've received, our community loves finding ways to enjoy those moments.
From the message:
I recently purchased your TML-branded earplugs and wanted to express my gratitude! Even though I lost them during the festival, they allowed me to fully experience the event while protecting my hearing.
I really appreciate how stylish, comfortable, and health-conscious your product is, it's rare to find such a perfect blend of care and design.

One festivalgoer wrote to thank us for their experience with Loop earplugs, describing the combination of comfort, style and hearing protection. Another recent graduate reached out before attending a music festival in Long Beach, hoping to try their first pair of Loops.
A storybook from Japan
Not every thank-you arrives as a letter. Sometimes, it arrives as an entire illustrated storybook.
A mother in Japan sent us something special: a handmade book inspired by her family's experience with Loop Quiet 2. She explained that Loop had helped her daughter sleep more peacefully despite the sound of her snoring. And instead of simply sending a message, they turned that experience into a story, complete with adorable illustrated characters inspired by their Mint and Violet earplugs.

The MimiCoro and Mint twins in this book are actually modeled after your earplugs.
This story was born from a real-life miracle: Loop saved my daughter from my snoring and gave her back her sleep.

From Belgium, with gratitude
Some letters remind us that the little things can make a big difference in a relationship. One couple wrote to us in Dutch, sharing how Loop had become useful in their everyday lives. They described fewer arguments about background noise, a more comfortable experience when spending time together, and the freedom to enjoy music festivals without worrying as much about loud sound.
From the letter (translated from Dutch):
We would like to thank you for the added value you've brought to our relationship!
No more arguments when there's too much noise. My partner no longer feels overstimulated when the TV is too loud, or when we're standing in line at Colruyt and there's a screaming child behind us!

College life has its fair share of distractions. And one student wrote to tell us that Loop had become a regular part of their academic routine.

The milestones we get to celebrate together
Some of the letters we receive aren't just thank-you notes. They're invitations to celebrate.
For one graduating high school student, Loop has become a familiar companion. As they prepared for their next chapter in college, they wrote to share their experience and invite Loop to be part of their graduation celebrations.

I'm writing to you not just as a graduating high school senior, but as a true fan of your products. When I tried your earplugs for the first time, I was amazed by how comfortable they were and how well they blocked out the noise.
