"Unfortunately, the Loop Quiet 2 doesn’t work well for me. They do a great job of reducing background noise, but at the same time, I become much more aware of my own internal sounds. I can hear my breathing, swallowing, and even the rushing of blood in my ears much more clearly. For me, this is actually more overwhelming than the background noise itself, so I still end up feeling overstimulated. I can see how these earplugs could work really well for others, but unfortunately they aren’t a good fit for me."

"2. Loop Quiet 2 (Black) Inadequate Decibel Muting for Live Traffic: I live directly on a main road across from a major hospital. While these dampened standard street sounds by roughly 70%, they failed to block out emergency sirens, helicopter sounds. To get any relief at home, I am forced to layer heavy industrial earmuffs over the top of the Loop Quiets."

"I have been interested in this product for many years now but I never really needed them.
